• Why did you join Öhlins?
I have been interested in motorcycles since a young age and been riding motorcycles for more than 30 years so Öhlins has always been on the radar as an interesting company with impressive products. It is also a company that has a very clear idea about where the focus is – to develop the world’s best suspension products – this is very attractive to me.

• What do you enjoy most about working here?
Well, many things! I truly enjoy working with colleagues that share the same passion to really aim to develop products at the very top of the game. Öhlins is also a company that is very international so I get to experience working with colleagues and customers around the globe.

• What is the biggest challenge in your current role?
Right now I think it is to handle the challenging situation in the global supply chain. It creates a lot of additional work and makes it more challenging to manage and develop our product portfolio as fast and efficient as we would like to.

• What story should people know about your team?
That we have one of the best jobs in Öhlins – we get to work with a great current product portfolio but also to think about and steer what Öhlins product portfolio shall look like in the coming 10-20 years.
